Justin Bieber 'WILL take DNA test' as first pictures emerge of star's 'love child' with fan... who says he has the singer's trademark pout Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2058171/Justin-Bieber-WILL-paternity-test-1st-pictures-emerge-Mariah-Yeaters-baby.html#ixzz3D5Z0gF9w Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook

ustin Bieber is prepared to 'take a DNA test' to prove he is not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby, it has emerged today.
The reports, from TMZ, came as the first pictures emerged of the baby at the centre of the singer's love child' scandal.
They claim that Bieber, who is currently in Europe, will take the test 'in two weeks when he returns to the United States.'
Who is the father? Justin Bieber fan Mariah Yeater with her four-month-old son Tristyn who she claims is the love child of the singer and is asking for a paternity test
Who is the father? Justin Bieber fan Mariah Yeater with her four-month-old son Tristyn who she claims is the love child of the singer and is asking for a paternity test
Fan Mariah Yeater claims the singer is the father of her four-month-old son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater.
Bieber vehemently denies the claim but has reportedly been summoned to attend a paternity test at Los Angeles Superior Court ten days before Christmas.

According to TMZ, Bieber is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal with the website also claiming that he may decide to 'sue Yeater.'
The website claims Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys on Friday, with Weitzman being directed 'to find a laboratory to do the test.'
Yeater, 20, who claims she had sex with the 17-year-old popstar backstage at one of his concerts, is seeking £170,000 from him in child support.
She says the resemblance between the singer and her son is uncanny, and says the evidence is all in the little boy's pout.
Is she telling the truth? The 20-year-old says her liaison with Justin happened backstage after one of his concerts last October but he vehemently denies the claim

She is seen cradling the adorable baby in a park in Los Angeles. The innocent fair-headed child is dressed in a white jumpsuit.
'Look, just look at his mouth,' she told the Daily Star Sunday.
'Look familiar? I pray that Justin sees theses photos, looks at Tristyn and knows in his heart that this is his child and out child. It's going to be a nightmare for all of us if he keeps denying it.
'I just want what is right for our son I feel terribly hurt that we have been abandoned and none of my calls to Justin were returned.'

But it has been revealed that Mariah accused two other men of being Tristyn's father before pointing the finger at Justin.
She first said it was her ex-boyfriend John Terranova before saying it was a secret lover named Steve.
John, who lives in Las Vegas, said last night he did not believe he or Justin was the father.
'She just wants money,' he told the Sunday Mirror.
'She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child. I said "This is impossible, you've been in California two months and back here for only a week". She told me: "No, I got pregnant before I left". But it didn't make sense because she had a doctor's note saying she wasn't pregnant enough for that to be possible.'
It has also emerged that Mariah got into a fight with John after he denied her allegations and she was arrested.
She was charged with battery, according to TMZ, because she had hit John in the face.
Court papers show she was arrested on December 21, 2010 on suspicion of battery domestic violence, injury/destroying property of another and making threatening telephone calls.
The case was continued to December 2011 as of June 2011.

On June 16, Yeater's lawyer asked for a continuance, noting she lived out of state and was 'under doctor's orders not to travel due to high-risk pregnancy.'
Regarding the other man she claimed was the father, a friend said: 'Steve was her secret boyfriend for a long time. She said they made love twice. One of the times the condom broke, so she thought that might be when she got pregnant.'
Friends say the young woman has a 'troubled relationship with the truth'.
One said: 'I saw Mariah four months ago - just before she gave birth - and she said she thought her boyfriend John was the baby's father. But she also said Steve might be the real dad.'

It has also emerged that Mariah almost gave up the baby boy for adoption before instead going public with her Bieber bombshell.
Despite the allegations, Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez stood by her man last night as he scooped an award for his charity work in Belfast.
They held hands as they headed to a special MTV Voices dinner where Justin also mingled with Lady Gaga.
It was the first time the couple have been pictured together since the allegations came to light and they are expected to put on an even more public display of affection tonight with Selena hosting MTV's EMA Awards.

Mariah claims she and Justin's seedy liasion happened last October when his minders plucked her from the audience at the Staples Centre arena in LA for a backstage meeting with her idol.
She said he led her to a bathroom where his 'personality changed drastically'.
He apparently told her it was his first time but refused to put on a condom.
She claims the sex lasted just 30 seconds.
Justin addressed the claims on the Today show on Friday, saying: 'I know that I'm gonna be a target - but I'm never gonna be a victim.
'I think that it's just crazy because every night I've gone right from the stage to my car.
'It's crazy that some people want to make up false allegations.
Checkered past: Mariah, in a police mugshot, has also been accused of battery domestic violence, injury/destroying property of another and making threatening telephone calls after an incident with her ex-boyfriend

'But to set the record straight - none of this is true.'
Asked if he knew Yeater, he insisted 'Never met the woman.'
And when asked that such claims are 'what comes along with life in the fast lane,' Justin said: 'Exactly.'
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Mariah might face statutory rape charges for the alleged incident as Justin was 16 at the time.

I believe that the baby does look like him if you look really closely at the pic but thats just my opinion but reguardless he has to take a paternity test to prove if he is or isnt the father, the only one that truly loses out and is getting hurt in this whole ordeal is this innocent child which if it is found not to be justins should be taken away from her and put up for adoption were it will be loved and cared for and not be used to make money, shame on her she better do alot of praying! But if it does turn out to be his my daughters will no longer be allowed to listen to any of his music anymore and every justin beiber poster, doll, neclace, earrings you name it because my girls are huge fans all of it will be thrown away and Justin Beiber wont be allowed in our house period because his behavior will show that he is irresponsible for his actions and thats something my daughters dont need to learn and im sure alot of parents like myself feel the same way so he better hope for the

I'm sorry Ethan, but it is not "technically" illegal to date an underage person. It's not illegal at all. It's illegal to have sexual relations. Assumption (whether or not they have sex in their relationship) is hearsay.

In some ways it would be enjoyable to see a positive result. However, should a negative one come in I would love to see her nailed to the cross. Too many women have got away with that sort of entrapment for years.
